The Global Leadership Summit is a two-day event that brings high-impact leadership training to Zambia. It is part of a global movement, originally launched in Chicago, USA, and now reaching hundreds of thousands of leaders worldwide.

In Zambia, the Summit is presented via video cast and is hosted by churches with the goal of living out the model of Jesus Christ in leadership which can change lives, churches and organizations. 

The Global Leadership Summit equips leaders with tools to improve their communities, organizations, and churches. Hosted annually, the summit features world-class speakers and practical resources to inspire impactful leadership.

Why It Matters

Leadership is key to transformational change. Through GLS, we equip individuals with skills and vision to positively impact society.

Over 800 participants annually across Zambia.

The Summit was launched 1995 in Chicago, USA and 2200 leaders attended. Today the Summit is the largest leadership conference in the world. In 2013 over 180,000 (43 languages), leaders from 92 countries in 426 cities attended. In Zambia the Summit was launched in Lusaka in 2009 and 400 attended. 92% of the attendants rated the conference logistics and facilitation excellent. In 2014 we had over 800 people attend at our two sites in Ndola and Lusaka.
